"With great calm, clarity and love, they lead people even through violent processes."(Manfred Kremer, alternative practitioner)
We have been holding process-oriented spaces in trauma-sensitive breathwork for eight years now. Through the skilful interaction of proven breathing methods, physical support and held space, you have the opportunity to look deeply into yourself and get to know yourself a little more.
Based on holotropic breathing, we combine this breathing technique with shamanic elements and body work. We keep the trauma-sensitive space in an emotionally open state by, among other things, recognizing our own potential, integrating experiences & old wounds can be nourished.
